Can running help you sleep better?

    Exercise, in general, can help you sleep better, yes. No guarantee, though. I find that on the days I do an intense workout in the evening (whether it's running or something else), I do sleep better that night, than on nights I don't workout (and tend to wake-up several times during the night).
