Is it rude to ask a woman what's wrong with her hair?

A lady with green hair shaved on one side came through my line and I asked her what was wrong with her hair.

Yeah! You did a really bad and rude thing!

… But SOMETIMES it's just exactly the right thing to do!!!

When someone does something as rash as dye their hair green on one side and shave the other side to attract attention … they need to accept every bit of the attention they get!!!

You were rude, how she does her hair is none of your business, you should not make personal comments like that to anyone.

Why are you asking this question since you already know that your comment was rude?  Are  you just another troll?
