what is the best secured credit card for some one with bad credit?

    Any of them are ok...shop around.

    The capital one and the Green Dot MasterCard and Visa has a $3,000 limit friend you can buy yourself a good credit rating really darn fast if you will get yourself some prepaid credit cards but instead of getting one with a $3,000 limit I would get 6 with a $500 limit! Within a year you'll have people sending you offers for your unsecured credit cards beginning with a $500 credit limit. Accept them one at a time and phase out your secured cards nobody will know that they are secured cards they show up on your credit report just as if they were real credit cards.

    Personally, I'd suggest you concentrate on learning money skills rather than trying to get a credit card.

    www.bankrate.com has a list of issuers for secured cards.  Be sure to check out the fees, some have very high fees.
