What kinds of foods go well with hot sauce?

Please give ideas and suggestions.

    you can put hot sauce on what ever you want. I worked with 2 people who put it on every thing they ate except dessert items. Potato chips, spinach, mac and cheese, stew, most all soups, etc.

    Chicken wings. I mix up Franks Hot Sauce with melted butter for my wings. Really good! I make plain wings

    chicken- grilled roasted or fried, cheddar cheese, rice and beans + sausage, jambalaya, stir fry, tacos/burritos/quesadillas

    Have you ever had a hot sauce party? That's where you get one of those 30 packs of hot sauce can you put it out on the table with something to wash it down like cheap beer. And you get carrot sticks or celery sticks. And you said around and you have hot sauce tasting parties and wash each taste down with a beer. It's another version of beer pong!
