clear coat pine t&g walls?

    Not sure what your question is.   Clear coat with what?   Varnish?  Lacquer?   Whatever...yes you can do it.

    The pine t&g will expand/contract slightly depending on temperature/humidity so you might want to think about that in advance.   If you use something like several coats of polyurethane, it makes a great, hard surface that is easy to clean, but expansion/contraction may cause cracks if the clear coat covers the joins in the boards.  

    If you haven't already installed the boards, consider clear coating them individually before installation which means there would be nothing bridging the boards and nothing to crack.

    You can do that.  A clear varnish will work well and you can choose gloss (shiny), semi gloss, or satin (not shiny).  It will protect your wood.  I prefer an oil varnish.
