Translation:> "we screwed up not getting witnesses & documents we should have obtained in the first place, because we had to rush, so let's?

try to get the senate to do what we should have done in the first place - does that pretty much cover it?

The House Democrats did not do a very good job. Mueller handed them a case on a silver platter and they put it in the round file. They could have very easily filled in all the blanks Barr imposed on Mueller.

Nope, becouse they then held up turning the articles over for a month or so, so the rush thing was a talking point only.

That's quite a spin, There is no requirement for senate to notify the house of the rules they intend to use. That was also a talking point, and look, you fell for it.

How about the multiple subpoenaed witness that never testified in the House?

How about the thousands of pages of subpoenaed documents that were never supplied to the House?

How about straight out all of the evidence collected in the House hearings along with the new information that has come out since?

To call the cover up going on in the Senate a 'trial' is laughable.

The Democrats already presented a case they claimed was solid enough to sign and present articles of impeachment . It's supposed to be time to judge the case
