When did you know that you were going to marry/spend the rest of your life with your significant other?

Was there a specific moment when you just knew?

It was more a conviction that grew over time than a specific moment.

When I realised that I could tell him anything at all and not be judged.

I've felt judged by everyone my whole life and he is so kind, patient and makes me feel like I belong, like I'm not alone.

We were on our second date. The first date he was nervous but so funny and charming. The second date he loosened up more, and we had a great time. He walked me home, without expecting anything. I don't think he was expecting a kiss, nor did he go for one, but I kissed him. He was so surprised in the cutest way. We said goodbye, I look back and I see him do a little hooray jump. Like this, kind of:

    I knew then and there.

For many of us you're going to have to be a little more specific.

Exactly which marriage or which S.O. are you asking about?

Source(s): They were ALL supposed to last forever . EVERY ONE OF THEM.

The very day I met her. And in two weeks that'll be 32 years ago.
