When you are heating milk up is it ok if you scale it just a little bit?

Sometimes I like to heat milk up before bedtime, and sometimes it is more hotter than other times, which might mean I might’ve scalded it.  I am just wondering if this is ok.

You're killing the microorganisms; that is the best thing you could be doing.

Why do you drink milk? This is what mother cows nurse their babies on and during the first year, that baby gains 1,200 pounds or so. This ought to tell you something about cow's milk.

It's fine. Just be sure not to burn it.

It's fine, you just end up with a skin on top. Some of us think that's a bonus :-)
