Is there such a thing as a popular Movie or TV show about outer space that is based on fact instead of science fiction?

For Example Lost In Space (Netflix) is a great TV show about outer space but it is full on science fiction

I understand that the Expanse is quite plausible although I've only seen a couple of episodes, and the anime series Planetes is the hardest SF I've ever seen on-screen.

the farthest we can reach is Mars, and that means a one-way trip lasting several months

Pieces of actual science are used in all good SF

Lost In Space (the original series) was one of the best. It was sciencey enough, had good sets, and didn't take itself seriously.

The line between science and science fiction is becoming very blurred these days. The majority of science "documentaries" made these days contain more fiction than fact.

No. Movies are fiction, the concept of the writers and producers.

The movie Apollo 13 was a true story.

Contact was fiction but based on real science.

Contact was fiction, of course. But Carl Sagan used real science concepts like SETI, radio telescopes, signal verification, cryptography, math as a common language between civilizations. Also, the conflict between science and religion. And the wormhole from real solutions of GR and exotic matter.
