    You must report pensions paid from Germany on your US tax return as income. Whether you will OWE and tax on that income is something no one here can answer without additional and very specific information about ALL income you receive, and your filing status.

    Not enough information. 

    Are you a US citizen or resident alien?

    Is this an employer pension or the equivalent of Social Security through Germany?

    See the US/Germany tax treaty, articles 18 and 19.

    Yes.

    However, if you paid tax in DE, you can take a partial credit to help offset the US taxes using Form 4116.
