PREMARITAL SEX IS BAD. If you do have sex maybe just fingering, blowjobs, eat her out, pull out, or even WEAR A CONDOM.

Birth Control, for the female, and condoms, for the male.  Other than that - refrain from having sex until you are mature enough (and married) to take on the responsibility of raising a child.

Nothing's perfect.  Even if you decide to abstain you might get carried away in a weak moment.  The implant is exceptionally reliable. According to the link below there is a less than 1:1000 chance of getting pregnant during the 3 year life of the device.  You could use a condom as well to reduce the chances further but this seems a bit over cautious to me if you are in a long term relationship where you are not concerned about sexually transmitted infections.

Any method can have its problems.  Some women get excessive bleeding when using the implant but either way it is much more reliable than the pill with its reassuring monthly bleed.

This has to be a trick question, right?

The best way to avoid pregnancy is to use birth control or avoid intercourse. Pick one.

I think the form of birth control with the lowest failure rate is the IUD. If you don't have insurance, it's super expensive...BUT still cheaper than a crib, diapers, wipes, formula, and all that jazz. :)

The only birth control that is 100% effective is abstinence. Or, as previous answers have said, homosexual sex...if you're into that sort of thing.

Always use two methods of birth control.    They likely won't both fail at the same time.

ETA:   Edna, don't be such a moron.    For someone who does not want to get pregnant, "almost never fails" isn't good enough.  And of course the IUD can fail.  Getting pregnant with an IUD can be disastrous.    And by the way, IUDs can be removed/dislodged if the thread is pulled on - I know first hand.

Human error and mechanical failure SHOULD be accounted for.   Thus, a primary method and a back-up method.

Only a true moron would say that using one method and relying on 100% human compliance is the most effective way.    It isn't.   Open your eyes.   Idiot.
