cause stuff happens and you cant have two parents if one of them is abusive

All children have two parents. That is how it works. It takes a Mommy and a Daddy to make a baby. There has only been one recorded case of a child being born with just one parent, he was a nice Jewish boy about 2020 years ago.

ALL children have two parents, it is impossible for them no to........... if you mean two parents bringing up a child.......... no point in the Government making it illegal unless they are prepared to poice the 'new law'....... which is impossible to police

Because it's incredibly unenforceable, and of course, all children are made with two parents....

Well, people themselves should be responsible enough to figure that out without relying on government to think for them. There will always be instances where there are single parents. But the idea that women have babies and jump on welfare, while dad does his own thing is the height of irresponsibility. We need to get back to teaching individuals to be responsible instead of relying on government to do it for us. That is a very dangerous attitude.

Because the government has no business dictating who can and can't have and raise kids. Instead of focusing on the number of parents, you and your question should focus more on the quality of parents, such as doing more to eliminate parental rights to abusers, criminals, people who run drug houses with kids around, people raising their children in religious cults, etc.

If the parents divorce are they going to take the child out and shoot it?

Because that would be a violation of human rights.

Because theres no way to control for that, or to enforce such a law.
Lets say there were such a law. A child has two parents. One dies. What should the state do, remove that child from their other, loving parent, because theres only one of them?
