That depends on the nature of the sin. All sin does some harm, but some sins cause a lot more harm than others.

Not at all because (1) the creation stories of religion are fiction, and (2) sin is a supposed offense to a supposed god, and there is no evidence whatsoever that a god actually exists, rendering the concept of "sin" entirely moot.

Romans 8:22 tells Christians, "For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now." It goes on to show how God will yet restore all creation to its sinless glory, before sin began to corrupt it. When the Bible says "all", it mean "all".

Goodness is destroyed by religion and religious cults like the jehovah's witnesses.

Zero. Our illusions don't affect creation. They're a dream. God didn't create sin or the guilt that comes from it, and we don't have the power to change God's creation, but we think we do. Changing our thinking is what we are here to do. Metanoia.
