My 3 month old daughter has two different eye colors?
Is it noticeable?

It happens! they mite turn to the same color as she grows older, then they mite not. As long as she is healthy do not be concerned about it, when she is older if it bothers her they can give her colorized contacts.

That's called "heterochromia", & is not uncommon in infants. It can be hereditary. It almost always balances out by the time they're about 3 yrs. old. If it doesn't, people live with it without adverse effect. The actors Kate Bosworth & Mila Kunis have this condition.
In youth or adults, it can happen as result of a trauma, such as with pitcher Max Scherzer or the late musician David "Bowie" (Jones).

Not in that pic. Take a look at pics of Washington Nationals pitcher Max Scherzer. It’s really cool.
OK, I took a second look. Now I see it. Very cool!
