How would you say   " I got you"  in Spanish ? ?

Is "te tengo " correct and common way to say "I got you" in Spanish?

Examples: 

A:Hey i forgot my wallet at home

B: Don't worry about it. You know I got you ;)

A: We can't walk down this block! Those guys up the block mean business

B: Stop being scared I got you!

A: Yo bro you know I got you

B: You got me ?

A: I got you
