Why do people say heckin, smol, blep, and other weird words when talking about their dog?

First of all I'm a dog lover. I have 2 malamutes. I talk to them but I use normal words. I don't say "you're such a heckin good boy." It took me a while to realize blep meant tongue sticking out. Who came up with this vocabulary?
