Help with this biology question!!?

Update:

You quantify nDNA from a plant and get 115ng/ul from your nanodrop result. Assuming you want to add 2000 copies of a chloroplast DNA (cpDNA) locus to a PCR reaction, to what concentration should you dilute the DNA? Assume the genome size is 5 x 1011bp, ploidy is diploid, the chloroplast copy number ratio to nDNA is 50 to 1, and you’re adding 2uL of diluted DNA. H
