Is it possible to run Mac OS on VMWare?

The host runs Windows 10 update 1903

    It is possible. The Apple fanatics will tell you that it can't be done and is impossible, but you can do it. Just be advised that you would be breaking Apple's Terms of Service that you agree to when you use macOS. It specifically states that you will not use macOS on a non-Apple computer.

    You'll need to lookup a guide on how to set this up based on which version of macOS you want to run. Just don't expect it to be super easy.

    Legally, no, as the licensing for macOS states that it can only be run on Apple hardware.

    However, it works just fine on VMware. Maybe even better than a real Mac depending on your hardware. It's easiest to first set it up on VMware Fusion (for the Mac) if you can do that, then copy that VM to a Windows PC.
