What s the best daily vitamin or supplement for body and mind?
I know some people make a religion out of this sort of thing. That s not what I m looking for. I m not looking for trends, breakthroughs or snake oil remedies. I just want a good, proven, relatively inexpensive vitamin or supplement that will be beneficial to my body and mind. What do you recommend?

Take a multivitamin and Vitamin C everyday. That is the basics. However medical reports have been claiming that multivitamins are of highly limited use.
So have a balanced diet and exercise.

D3 is important for your daily health. B group for nerves. All are necessary. C is important to keep veins flexible (prevents a stroke), K2 against kidney stones. A...very important for kids and not less important for adults.
I get my over ebay but mostly as a fluid that you can take high doses.
