    It doesn't. It is just another tax ordinary people have to pay but allows hypocrite celebrity climate change cheerleaders to make out they are doing something good.

      Hmmm.  It seems to me that south would be more likely or mid west even but I am intrigued that you think there is something to point to NE.  Anywhere is possible.
