Why did an unprecedented economic boom take place during Bill Clinton's presidency?

This thing called the Internet and personal computers were both invented and mass marketed during his Presidency, leading to millions of new jobs, better transportation, better communication, and tons of new opportunities for Americans. This hugely boosted the economy
It had nothing to do with him, but it greatly helped his re-election. It’s called “the .com boom”
By contrast, Trump IS largely responsible for why our economy is so good today. Many of the trade deals we’ve recently signed with China, Mexico, Canada, etc were constructed, negotiated, and engineered directly by Trump and his team
