Which fast food is Healthy?(Mcdonalds.Kfc,Burger King,Subway)?

    Seriously? You are looking for a healthy option out of THESE?? Subway would be the best, but only if you get a veggie sub with no meat, no cheese, no sauce and whole wheat. So basically a dry salad on bread.

    There's no such thing as "healthy'' fast food but there are some healthier alternatives like:

    Let's say you walk into a McDonalds and you came here for lunch. Obviously the healthiest option would be a salad, but let's say you really crave a burger. The healthier choice would be a fish sandwhich and instead of fries you can get a salad. For drinks, i think just get the water and roll.

    Fast food is toxic. Get food from a supermarket but no GMO food.

    start with a protein swap exchanging

    Obviously, it all depends on what you order, but I generally think Subway has the more healthier options

    There was even a diet you could follow called "The Subway Diet"
