Agoda or Booking.com is better for hotel reservations?

    All of the sites are pretty much the same for the cheaper hotels.

    Don't know about the higher end chains such as Hilton or Marriott though.

    Think about it in reality terms - the booking site buys the rooms at the beginning of the year and will pay more or less than any other site depending on how many they take. Sometimes any one site may be a bit stuck with a surplus of rooms over any particular period, and in that case may (or may not) put them on the market at a discount to get them sold - better some return than none.

    Just watch out that the prices are comparative - i.e. all do or do not include local taxes etc and there are no sneaky fees that they slip in just at the point of paying (as the airline sites often do).

    Best for hotel reservations is the hotel's website.  Examples are www.hilton.com and www.marriott.com.
