While fasting, how do you usually stop fasting when you start your period? I would imagine most women decide to eat normally while on period?
Or what? I was intermittent fasting for 3 days and started period, so decided to eat like normally do, and last couple days sort of pigged out, I guess to make up for the calorie loss for those 3 days prior. So what do other people do. I've seen that some women are doing stuff like 2 wk and 40 day fasts (which id never try) what on Earth do they do when on their period?
