Am I getting to much sleep?
I get about 9 hours sleep everynight but I still feel tired in the morning? But sometimes I get much less sleep and actually feel better in the morning? I'm 14. Am I sleeping too much? If so, how much should I be sleeping.

It sounds like you get enough sleep. As a teenager, you should get at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep per night. I don't think you are sleeping too much.

Sleep is almost a personal thing....
Essentially, you need three to five sleep cycles per day. A cycle lasts between 90 minutes and 150 minutes. that's usually about 6 hours to 8 hours of sleep. But there are many things that interrupt the proper sleep cycles, so 9 hours might be too much or even not enough, while 5 hours might be plenty.
