Get a grow light and position it about 2" above them.  Raising it as they grow.  Its seems very early to have seedlings unless you live in the deep south.  If you are further north, they may not make it to ground planting time.  Usually 6 wks. before you intend to plant them outside is when you start the seeds.

Plenty of light and good soil, enough water, I start mine on Groundhog Day.

Water them daily. Trust the seed starter to get them going. I use Burpee's seed starter. Works well year after year.

Don't plant too early. Put them in bigger pots and keep them growing. If they get scraggly, they will not come out of it. Throw away and start over.
