If you don't want to vote for Trump or any of the Democratic candidates then who the heck can you vote for?

It depends on where you live.  There will be more candidates on the ballot in your state.  Almost certainly the Libertarian candidate, whomever that might be.  Potentially the Green Party and Constitution Party candidates in many states.  Also some independents and write-in candidates.

Of course, those candidates have almost no chance of winning.  Unless you live in Maine which will have ranked-choice voting, voting for one of these other candidates is a way of expressing your outrage with Trump and the Democratic candidate but turns your future over to other voters.  But it's your choice.

I'd recommend voting for the Democratic candidate. It's impossible that it could be worse than Trump.

There is nothing that could be worse than a Democrat. Trump is the BEST president this nation has ever had.
