Cats Movie: What would Maxwell Sheffield (The Nanny) do/say?

On the 90s comedy The Nanny, Maxwell Sheffield was a struggling musical theatre producer who had great animosity toward the more successful Andrew Lloyd Webber. What do you think Maxwell would do or say now that Webber has finally failed at a production?

Sticking with the theme of the show, Maxwell probably sunk a fortune into the movie since he missed the opportunity to do so with the play.

I suspect Maxwell Sheffield would be smart enough to know that ALW did not make the movie of Cats and that he has already had flops such as Phantom - Love never dies and Stephen Ward.

He didn't produce or direct it himself, but he still collaborated on the musical score, including the two add-in characters.
