WIFI settings are in your Router.  Log on to your router > go to the Wireless section > Security and there you will find the WIFI Key (password).

You log on to your Router by opening your Browser and in the address field type the IP address of the router.  Then you enter the User Name and Password.

Most routers user name is ADMIN and the Password is sometimes blank, or ADMIN.

Look on the bottom of the Router at the sticker,  log on info may be there.

To find the IP address of the Router, open the Command Prompt and type IPCONFIG.

Take note of the GATWAY IP Address:  That is the Routes IP.

ISP has nothing to do with your WIFI.   Log on to your router admin settings and change the password.
