why do some people call Jesus a socialist or capitalist?
people did not understand the parable of talents, is not about capitalism, and Jesus was not a commie/socialist too

Because: 1) In their minds, they are Christians; 2) They have been told that they need to follow Christ's teachings or they are going to hell; 3) They want to believe that they are going to heaven; 4) They really don't understand that much of the Bible was written with the world view of the times and that concepts from 20 A.D. really do not translate well to the world of 2020.
If you are a conservative, that means that things like the parable of the talents become about capitalism rather than using your abilities and ignoring any implications from the discussion of the flaws with tithing or the whatsoever you do for others part of the last judgment. If you are a liberal, it is putting too much wait on the things in scriptures that seem to have echoes in socialism.

The bible clearly says in 2 thessalonians ch 3 "If a man will not work neither should he eat" and in 1 Timothy 5;8 "but if a man provide not for his own family he has denied the faith and is worse than an infidel" "infidel" means "liberal democrat" or "socialist"

What does this have to do with elections?

Because those same people have never read the Bible.
