Can a international student study dentistry in Canada ?

    Yes, if they can get a place and qualify for a work visa.

    There is however no guarantee of being able to stay and work; it will be expensive; and they'd need to check the qualification would be recognised in their own country

      You must earn bachelor's degree in Canada. IF they allow any foreign students to study dentistry in Canada, you must prove Canadian degree qualifies you to sit your country's dental licensing exams & prove you are returning to your own country. Intent to remain is visa fraud = visa denial.

    As far as I know there are no restrictions on what an international student can study here in Canada.  Maybe not espionage but I'm pretty sure you're OK with dentistry.
