Why do we get sick from the rain but not from taking a shower?

Even if it’s a cold shower you probably might not get sick.

You dont get sick from rain or cold, thats a myth.  You get sick because viruses can stay alive much longer in those conditions and it spreads so much easier and longer.

We dont' get sick from rain. And we don't get sick from going out into cold weather without a hat or coat.

We get sick from virus germs, bacteria. That's how we get sick.

Each droplet of rain contains a particle of dirt in its center that the water forms around. Dirt contains bacteria. Our ancestors were somewhat immune to much of this bacteria because they were constantly exposed to it. But we are not because of our sterile lifestyle. Our ancestors could eat raw meat or rotten meat. But if we eat meat that’s just starting to turn a little green, we’ll get the trots and be barfing for hours.
