Wife still can receive 50?
Wife does not cook, clean, do laundry
does not give birth to a baby, and does not make money at all.
But can she still receive 50% of her husband's income?
If it is yes, why is it possible?

Because he knew that and chose to marry her still. It sounds like depression to me.

I BET the husband would have to spend MORE than 50% of his income to get someone else to do what he won't admit she does.

I am aware of no law that mandates how you allocate a family's earnings.

Unless you'vw got some sort of a pre nup, marriage is supposed to be an equal partnership. You might be able to find a lawyer who can spin that into her not getting 50% of imthe assets since she doesnt do 50% of the work, but the lawyer might cost more than a lazy spouse

Depends on the state you live in. But, yep...seems you'll be losin your azz for that mistake.
Do your research. There are laws still on the books that may favor your side for her not doing her "widely duties". Yes, its a real thing. And, no, I don't wanna hear sh1t about the terminology.
