Is Mitch McConnell going to do the right thing by not allowing witnesses and hurry this mocktrial to an early demise clearing Trump?

In other words is he going to shirk his constitutional duty and crap on the oath he took?
Problem is, Mitchy is smart enough to know he'll lose in 2020 when he is up for reelection if he doesn't do it right.

That's NOT doing the right thing. Trials have witnesses, All they need is 4 Cons to say they want witnesses, and out of 53 Cons, there is a possibility that 4 have some integrity. Trials need witnesses, otherwise it becomes a political sham!

It's a given that the GOP cops out.
Their personal vendettas dating back to the Clinton trial is evidently the grudge they've centered Trumps trial criteria around. 🥴😏 The Republicans loss.

It's pretty common knowledge that the "charges" are utter nonsense based on nothing substantive, so I see no reason to waste more of the Senate's time just to appease a bunch of shrieking children.
