Do you think that its dangerous for people to look at their gadgets while walking in a crowd?

    Yes.  In addition to maybe running into someone or tripping on something, not paying attention to your surroundings also makes you a target to criminals.

    Yes for them. I recently saw a guy striding through a busy city street paying no attention to anyone around him while reading his phone and bumping them out of the way. 

    He walked towards me and I deliberately stood in his way and he slammed into me. I told him to watch where he was going and he told me to F=ck off in return.

    I watched as he walked on and he continued to do the same and another guy who had seen me confront him again stood in his way only this time he didn't ask him to pay more attention, when the guy walked into him he just punched him in the mouth knocking him to the floor and shouted watch where you are walking wanker.

    The guy who did the punching got a round of applause by all around.

    I rarely use my phone out and about till get where I'm going unless I'm making a call

    Yes, because something bad could happen right near them and they most likely not even know what's going on because they were distracted.
