the potential difference across two plates is 1.50 V. If the plates are 8.22*10^-4 m apart, what is the electric field between them?

    The field can be expressed in V/m (or N/C), so one might reasonably guess that

    field = potential / distance

    here

    E = 1.50V / 8.22*10^-4m = 1.82*10*3 V/m (or N/C)

    1820 N/C

    Potential difference (v) = 1.50 volts

    Distance (d) = 8.22 x 10⁻⁴m

    Electric field (E) =?

    We know that:-

    Electric field (E) = v/d = 1.50 volts / 8.22 x 10⁻⁴m = 1.82 x 10³v/m

    ∴ Electric field (E) = 1.82 x 10³v/m.
