The situation seems to have simmered way down, so for now, no.

It never ceases to amaze me how the US version of events only start at them taking the US embassy, the bad relations started when the USA and Britain overthrew the DEMOCRATICALLY elected government of Iran in 1953 instilling a dictator that the Iranians had to put up with for 26 years because the Iranian government were considering nationalizing their OWN national oil reserves, they even made Saddam invade Iran killing millions, they even gave Saddam the gas he would later use on the Kurds to use on Iran, that's why when they talk about Israel being the only democracy in the Middle East when they overthrew a democracy to instill a dictator as laughable and they are best friends with the Saudi Kingdom dictatorship right next door to Iran, these people just want to steal Iranian oil again, how the US public buy their rubbish beggars belief

It has been happening for a long while now, ever since they stormed our embassy the first time when that other ayatollah was in charge. It is done by surreptitious means with occasional outbreaks of shooting, like we saw recently. Put it into perspective: Iran fought a war for years against Saddam and couldn't prevail. The US destroyed Saddam's resistance in about a week. They don't want to get into a shooting war with the US.
