Can someone help solve this maths problem?
Each letter represents a different non zero digit. BCC (a 3 digit number) is divided by A (a 1 digit number) and the answer is 4C (a 2 digit number). What does BCC equal?

Work it backwards with trial and error. Try multiplying all the 40's by all the numbers 3 to 9 (any less than 3 will not give a 3 digit number)
4C x A = BCC
48 x 6 = 288
