Explain this line to me, please?

I am reading a document about a light source for medical purposes and I don’t understand the expression in brackets. I am not a native English speaker. Please, explain this expression to me, thanks:

“Disassembly of rotating coupling:

- Carefully undo the screws on the cover (2 x M3 x 5, DIN 915).

- Pull the front cover forward and remove the sliding disk.

- Carefully pull the rotating coupling forward to remove.

- The front part / X module can be disassembled.”

There are quantity two fasteners that are M3x5mm (M3 is a 3mm standard pitch thread, 5mm is the length of the fastener).  DIN 915 refers to the type of fastener which is a set screw. This is what I would expect to be found in European manufactured equipment.
