Did All Entire Canada & Fellow Canadians Believe In His President/Prime Minister Mr. Justin Trudeau??

Did All Entire Canada Believe In Justin Trudeau what? You kind of totally forgot to say.
Believe in his hair? Yeah, his hair is great. Greatest hairdo out of any Canadian prime minister in the history of history anywhere, end of debate. Believe in his policies? Nobody knows, because he really doesn't have any. He just wants to make sure everyone is included and their diverse views are mutually respected, even though that doesn't actually mean anything. It just sounds really nice.
Believe in his vision for the future? Come on, let's stop being ridiculous. We all know that the future involves all of humanity being enslaved by artificial intelligence, kind of like The Terminator only without those flying assassin machines.
Justin does have great hair, though. Even JFK himself would have been jealous, and don't even get me started on that old fart with the huge sideburns.

This statement makes zero sense, and quite frankly I'm not even sure what you are rambling on about here!
I also don't think you understand how the voting process works here in Canada! Nobody votes for a PM to be elected, they vote for the MP (Minister of Parliment) in their riding, that vote by proxy goes to the prime minister. A prime minister is voted in based on the number of seats in the house! There are currently 338 seats in parliment, for the PM to have a majority government he needs to have 172 seats (51%) that are of his party (liberal, conservative, ndp etc), anything less is a minority government.
When JT was elected this year, he was given 157 seats, which means he got a minority government.

Prime Ministers, and Presidents are completely different things.
More people voted for other parties than Trudeau's, but, the Liberals won the most seats, so, it's leader was invited to become the Prime Minister. So, we believe that he exists, but, his support in the country is not widespread at all.
