Why do I have so much problems with pulled muscles ?
I’m 16 and have played soccer my whole life, however for the past 2 years I have pulled my hamstrings three times and my quads twice. I warm up very well because of my injuries and I stretch quite a bit and I’m pretty flexible. No one else has had this many problems and it’s really hurting my career at this point, I just don’t know what to do, I feel like I’ve tried everything, anti-inflammatories, stretches, icy hot, exercises, electro therapy, physical therapy, ice and heat, rollers... everything. I always allow a full recovery before returning and I’ve gone to the doctor who tells me to just stretch better 🤦🏼♀️
