Is it safe to assume that the Challenger that Ghosn escaped on had a separate crew lav?

Update:

Otherwise the pilots are going to use the aft lav and be flabbergasted by having one more passenger than when they left KIX...

That was not a Challenger, but a Global Express, a much larger plane, that he boarded in Japan.

Ghosn allegedly transferred to a Challenger 300 in Istanbul. Since he was out of Japan at that point, he probably boarded it openly.

The Japanese authorities let him go or the whole thing was arranged.  They are done with him.  He is not at Nissan anymore and he is not coming back to Japan again.  You have to be naive to believe that a man under 24 hour surveillance really escaped from an airport.

In Asia, there is something called "saving face" and "losing face".  The Japanese "saved face" by not going to trial and they let Ghosn not to "lose face" by letting him get away.
