Is blue cohosh the same as blue elderberry and blueberry tea or are they different.?

    They're completely different. As different as a blue bicycle, a blue teapot, and a blue windshield washer.

    Blue cohosh, Caulophyllum thalictroides, is also known as squaw root or papoose root, a flowering plant in the Berberidaceae family. It is a medium-tall perennial with blue berry-like fruits and bluish-green foliage.

    Blue elderberry, Sambucus cerulea or Sambucus nigra ssp. cerulea, is also known as blue elder, a coarse shrub species of elder in the family Adoxaceae.

    Blueberry tea is not a literal tea but a tisane, an infusion made with parts of plants other than the tea leaf. In this case, it's blueberry.
