Would you consider Nova Scotia the Wales of Canada?

Apparently it's called New Scotland, but having been to Scotland itself, the province has nearly nothing to do with it. I'd say It has more in common with Wales. Here's why:

-Wales is dirt poor like Nova Scotia.

-There is close to no pride or nationalism in either place.

-Lots of obesity and drugs.

-South Wales has had a black community for centuries, like the Halifax area (c'mon Scotland is 100 percent white).

-Both places are dominated by left wing politics.

Nova Scotians and the Welsh are very similar.

Nova Cambria more like.
