Are vineyards producing expensive wine in France targeted by Romanian gangs since France opened the borders to East Europe?

Update:

Please no left wing Americans, unless you know about this in Europe

I haven't heard this and are you mistaking Romanians for Roma people? Big difference.

Vineyards in France have had thefts for CENTURIES.

The "expensive" ones have always needed more security.

Seems like a question to cause hate for immigrants. France has Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Monaco, Spain, and over a little water, UK including Guernsey and Jersey, but there is no border to open to eastern European countries. There's nothing recent in global news about the gypsies and organized Romanian criminals operating in France.
