Genetics play a part in physical condition, with some people more capable of losing weight and adding muscle mass. It would also depend on what exercises youre doing, and what youre eating. Theres no easy formula for meals + workouts = this body type

Unless you were on an anabolic steroid cycle, you would lose muscle training that much and would likely develop tendon inflammation or muscle tears and not be able keep it up for long.

If you aren't a world class athlete with a decade of training behind you, you would overtrain and that would wreak havoc on your body.
