    You would be better to post that on an aeromodelling forum, but to my inexpert eyes that looks like a Saito 2-stroke glow plug motor, and one of their very smallest examples.

    The model number you gave makes no sense to me, but the cast “S” logo certainly resembles what Saito used to use on their smallest engines.

    BTW: The positioning of that carburettor would foul any model aeroplane propellor. But the output shaft also lacks the heavy flywheel and water-cooled cylinder head which model boats use. I’m leaning towards thinking that engine is intended for model cars, and the oversized air cooled cylinder head would suit that application. So maybe also ask on a website for users of radio controlled model racing cars.
