I know someone who had his right leg amputated from diabetes and he's now in a wheelchair. Will he be able to find a mate?

He can't drive because it was his right leg that was amputated.

He can drive an automatic with controls on the steering wheel. Many athletics have prosetic limbs, they lead normal lives.

He can use the bus, or taxis able to handle wheelchairs. He can get hand controls for his car.

There's no reason a man in a chair cannot find a mate--at least no reason related to his physical limitation. Few people face amputation from diabetes at a young age, so it's possible there's something about him completely unrelated to his wheelchair-bound status that the ladies don't care for and that's been apparent to them his entire adult life.
