I am a landlord with a dead beat tenant who refuses to pay the pet fee for her dog. I threatened to shoot her dog . What else can I do ?

Update:

Don't worry I would never do that. She just paid the fee and it's over.

Don't hurt the dog, or make threats against it. Evict her

Oh, ok...I get it. Some troll writes in and asks if the landlord is allowed to shoot his dog for not paying a pet fee, so now you write in pretending to be the landlord..?

You are fresh out of ideas I see..
