(Without a parent)

What is a GP? Grandparent? General Practitioner? Golf Partner? What? Also, from where will you travel to get to Ireland and what is your nationality?

In Ireland as your parents or guardian have a right to ask for access to your medical records until you are 18.... there is no confidentiality under that age, however 16 really, but if you need to see a GP then you should go as very few will not see you regardless of if you are 13/14/15... just be aware of your GPs legal responsibilities

There is no age requirement.
